Poe, Ghosts and Horror for Hunger Relief
Benefitting the Stark County Hunger Task Force
Times are difficult and it is time for everyone to chip in to help, even these guys.
This is a Business Driven fundraising effort where the
intention is to generate customers for your business where in turn,
the Hunger Task Force will benefit. The main event will take place at the Warehouse on Saturday June 2, 2012 from 4:00 – 10:00 pm which will include Poe, ghost tours, ghost hunters, cryptozooloogist, horror expert, special canal boat rides, music and more… However, you can start right now. How it works. Play off of the theme in your
business in any way you want from cute,
crazy or campy to ghoulish, creepy and the macabre. What better way to make it fun for your customers to want to participate. Ex: if you are a restaurant, you could create a creepy Zombie special, a hotel can promote a sexy Vampire get-a-way package, a children’s clothing store can have a Casper and his Friends special to a lawn care company promoting their Wicked Blades of grass Terror equipment. There is no one that cannot participate. Let your imagination soar.
Each participating business is asked at their own discretion to make a donation to the cause. Checks to be made payable to the Stark County Hunger Task Force and deposited into any First Merit Bank under the account name, Stark County Hunger Task Force (Poe and Ghosts for Hunger Relief). A special fan page will be created where you can submit your photographs, description and contact information to drive people to you where everyone will have the chance to vote for their favorites under selected categories.
